Wed., Sept. 22nd: Blessing Our Balance on the Equinox — A Collaboration of Breath, Body, Mind, Heart & Spirit. Enjoy a rejuvenating evening that honors and grows balance within & without. You’ll take away simple, specific tips and approaches to uncovering and increasing your inner balance and your envisioning of a balanced world.

To further support your process, you’ll also receive a written message, intuited especially for you, and, (upon completion), a CD of the evening’s guided meditations from facilitator Roslyn Elena McGrath.

Sat. Sept. 25th: Soul Play — Enjoy simple forms of creative play integrated with powerful spiritual practices from channels Flo Aeveia Magdalena, Jonette Crowley, and Patricia Cota-Robles. Guided meditation, breathwork, journaling, chanting and image making options are included in this fun and powerful day of spiritual expansion.
