Kate's focus is on the fluidity of the mind body systems. By learning to feel the equilibrium throughout the system, connecting our self awareness through conscious feeling and rediscovering our natural balance, we learn ways to develop and support the synergy of structure and fluidity, Through this gentle approach we find the tranquil still point and from that place the movement and freedom that is integral to our beings; and with that the discovery of its continually expanding nature and our vast potential for freedom and effortlessness.
